Jackson attracts talent to the area by offering high-quality jobs that pay above-market compensation. They pay for advanced degrees for their associates and college for their children. Jackson is focused on providing a supportive atmosphere for their employees, calling their team a fast-growing family.
In addition to contributing to the local economy, the company is dedicated to charitable giving. Jackson has contributed millions of dollars to local charities and its employees completed over 12,000 volunteer hours in 2015.
